Nimix™ are customizable charms designed exclusively for Light+Nine bags. They attach securely using a post-and-cap system.
Are Nimix™ removable?
Yes, they are interchangeable and designed to be swapped anytime.
Are Nimix™ safe?
They are made from tested materials, but small parts should be kept away from young children.
Are letters sold as a set?
No, each letter is sold individually.
Can I use Nimix™ on other products?
No, they are designed specifically for Light+Nine products only.
Do Nimix™ include extra parts?
Yes, each Nimix™ includes an extra set of caps.
Are Nimix™ easy to attach?
Yes, they are simple to attach, but adult supervision is recommended.
Can I spell full names?
Yes, depending on spacing. Medium letters are recommended for full names.

What makes your bags different?
Our EVA bags can be worn in any weather. They can withstand extreme heat and cold
Are the bags waterproof?
Our bags are water-resistant and designed to protect contents from everyday exposure.
Are all bags lined?
Most bags are lined, but please check individual product details.
How much do the bags weigh?
Most bags weigh between 0.5 lb to 1 lb, making them lightweight and easy to carry.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my bag or Nimix™?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. A magic eraser can also be used.
Can I machine wash my bag?
No, machine washing is not recommended.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All merchandise must be returned unused and be accompanied by the original hang tags and poly bags.
If Nimix™ are put onto the bags or your bag shows any sign of Nimix™ being attached, they will not be accepted for return.
Products purchased from an authorized retailer are subject to that retailer’s return policy and cannot be returned directly to us.
If your return does not meet our policy standards, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please inspect your items carefully to ensure they include all tags and show no signs of personalization.
How do I start a return?
