Return policy

Light + Nine products that are purchased on this website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Light+Nine. Products that are purchased from an authorized retailer are subject to the return policy of the retailer and cannot be returned directly to us. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please be sure to return items in the clear bags in which they arrived. To start a return please contact us by email to customer-care@lightplusnine.com. Please note that personalized bags are final sale and cannot be refunded upon a return. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include sales taxes if your order has been sent to a destination within the US (does not include shipping costs). Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
