Light + Nine products that are purchased on this website (excluding sale items) can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase EXCLUDING ALL shipping related costs.

  • All merchandise must be returned unused and be accompanied by the original hang tags and poly bags.
  • If nimix are put onto the bags or your bag shows any sign of nimix being attached they will not be accepted for return. If your return does not meet our standards, they will be shipped back to you as we will be unable to resell the item.
  • Products that are purchased from an authorized retailer are subject to the return policy of the retailer and cannot be returned directly to us.
  • Personalized bags are final sale and cannot be refunded upon a return.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include sales taxes if your order has been sent to a destination within the US (does not include shipping costs). Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

How do I start the returns process?

Can I exchange my goods?
We do not have the ability to provide exchanges at this time. If you wish to change, kindly start a return by emailing us: In the meantime, you may re-order anything else you want.
Pricing and Time Frames
Domestic Shipping (50 US states):
  • Standard Ground / Weight-based $5.00-$10.00 / 5-7 business days
  • Expedited / Weight-based $15.00-$25.00 / 1-3 business days

International Shipping:

Use International Checkout. All Shipping/duties related costs and delivery times will be calculated via our partner GlobalShopex. This service allows you to order from us and ship internationally.

Orders are shipped via our fulfillment center in NY. All orders received by 12:00 PM Monday- Thursday ship the same day. All orders received after 12:00 PM ship the next business day. All orders received Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday.
Lost Package
Once we ship your order, we no longer take responsibility for the package. If your package is marked as delivered and you can not find it, we will try our best to open a claim with the courier and try our best to route your package. We do NOT guarantee reimbursement.

As a reminder, most lost packages are found at a neighbor’s door or around the unit. Please be sure to check with all your household members and check your outdoors carefully.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide by partnering with To ship internationally add all your desired items to your cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The GlobalShopex checkout page will allow you to view the cost of shipping, duties, and taxes upfront.

You have the option to prepay for duties and taxes when you checkout or you can pay upon delivery. If you decide to prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

Please note that tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched from GlobalShopex to your local destination. This may take time, as there is a process until the package gets delivered.
